the rooftop pool provided a great view! the location was very central, close to many attractions, and a bus stop was right outside. the staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions i had about directions, though the parking was expensive.
the room i had was a bit small, with just one accessible socket near the bed! it was a challenge to keep my devices charged, though the room was clean.

the location provided easy access to many shops. the pool was large and i found it clean. the staff stored my baggage on my last day, including important medication that needed refrigeration.
the shower water was not consistently hot enough for my liking.

The room did not have tissues, and there was only shower gel for both hand wash and shampoo. This was unusual as I expected these items to be supplied separately.

the housekeeping schedule meant my room was not cleaned daily. i would have appreciated a more frequent service. it meant i had to request fresh towels more often than expected.

The location is AWESOME! Shops and food places are a short walk away. The main bus route is outside and across the road. The MRT station is also a short walk away, so it is easy to get to the sights. The pool on the roof was great, i liked it.
The room only got made up one day out of the seven i was there. The coffee supplies were not topped up as hotel policy, i don't like that. There was no glass for water in the room.
