My week-long stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although a bit lacking in storage space and with thin walls, were clean. However, the lack of room service was a major letdown, and the lingering smell of old moldy furniture was unpleasant. On the bright side, the location was excellent, in a quiet area yet conveniently close to major attractions. The dining experience varied but was generally satisfying. Service was a mix of unfriendly encounters and helpful moments.
The hotel boasts a convenient location between MRT stations Dhoby Ghaut and Bencoleen, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were reasonably sized, but lacked storage for longer stays and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. While breakfast was included, the soundproofing could be improved to enhance guest comfort.
